Eligible full-time employees may enroll in a single, a single plus one dependent or a family contract the 15th of the month after 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months depending on position.
Our company pays the full cost of a single contract. If you elect dependent coverage, you are responsible for paying the difference through payroll deduction.
Participating employees are also covered under our medical insurance plan’s life insurance and prescription drug programs.
Eligible employees also has the option to enroll in voluntary supplemental insurance, including dental and vision, sponsored by third party providers. Employees are responsible for the full cost of the plan.
